The short version: we only collect what you choose to give us when you join our waitlist or apply as a partner. We use it to keep you posted about CityCompass. We never sell it.

Who we are

CityCompass is an early-stage city discovery project based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers our website, thecitycompass.com, and the forms linked from it. When we say "we" or "us," we mean CityCompass.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

Waitlist: the details you enter in our sign-up form, such as your name and email address, plus any optional answers you choose to share.
Partner applications: your business name, contact name, email and any details you share about your business.
Emails you send us: whatever you include when you contact us.

We don't ask for payment details, passwords or your exact location.

How we use it

To send you launch news, early-access invites and our weekly picks.
To review partner applications and follow up with businesses.
To understand interest in CityCompass so we can build something people want.
To reply when you contact us.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information.
We don't share your contact details with advertisers or other businesses, including our partners, without your permission.

Service providers

Our waitlist and partner sign-ups are collected through Google Forms. Google stores that information for us and handles it under its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else.

Do Not Track

Our site doesn't track you across other websites, so it doesn't change its behavior based on browser "Do Not Track" settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're on our list or while we're in touch about a partnership. If you ask us to remove you, we'll delete your details within 30 days.

Your choices

Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can reply to any email and ask.
See, fix or delete your info: email us and we'll take care of it.

Children

CityCompass isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

As CityCompass grows, for example when our app launches, we'll update this policy and change the date at the top.
